Niki Waters is an illustrator and cat mother of two living in Vallejo, CA. She strives to bring a slice of her life into her work, and her current portfolio showcases work that illustrates her experiences being a Filipino and growing up in the Philippines. She attracts many Filipino-American clients, POC clients and clients who love kitties!
