Choose a “Forever Home Hero” cat welfare organization or individual to be the recipient of a donation from Travel Cat if your photo wins through public voting.

How do I submit a photo?

Click the sign up link above and fill out the submission form that is sent to your email.

Is the Calendar Contest open worldwide?

Yes! This contest is open worldwide. Deadline to enter and vote is November 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM EDT

Do the photos I submit need to have Travel Cat gear in them?

Yes - only photos featuring travel cat gear will be considered for the contest. Photos without travel cat gear or competing brand gear will not be accepted.

Do I have to choose an organization/individual when submitting?

Yes - Choose your favorite cat welfare organization or individual to receive a monetary donation from us if you win a Cat of the Month spot in our calendar.

What kind of organizations count?

Forever Home Heroes Include: TNR groups, Local Rescues, Individuals Who Foster Cats, Non-Profit Shelters, Cat Cafes with Adoption Programs. We especially encourage nominations of small grassroots organizations and individuals.

Can I submit multiple photos? What kind of file/file size requirements are there?

Please submit one, high-quality photo entry per cat. For example: if you have three cats, you can submit three photos (one per cat). Please only submit JPEG files and keep photos to these dimensions: 150 dpi / 1200 px in a squared format.

Are there any restrictions when submitting a photo?

Any photo displaying inappropriate conduct is prohibited and we reserve the right to deny voting on photos that go against these regulations in any way.

Can I submit a photo more than once?

Multiple photo entries of the same image will be deleted. Please only submit your very best pic!

How can I vote?

Vote using the link in the VOTE NOW button above - promote on social media and share for others to vote too!

How often can I vote?

You can vote once everyday, but not for the same photo each day.

What do the Cat Of The Month Calendar winners get? How much gets donated to our chosen organization?

1st place voted cat photo and 2nd place cover page winner (chosen by Travel Cat) will each win $500 for their cat organization/individual, along with a page in our Travel Cat Calendar. The other 10 month top public voted winners will each receive $250 for their cat organization/individual.

Are there multiple ways to appear in the calendar, not just as a cat of the month?

24 other submissions will be chosen to represent cat holidays throughout the year with a face-only cut out on that individual day.

Will the Travel Cat Calendars be available for purchase?

Yes! Post contest, calendars will be available for purchase and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to x. Preorder yours now to make sure you get one!

Will Travel Cat be able to use my photos?

All photo submissions will be available for travel cat to use on site and in marketing materials including social media, advertising, trade shows, etc.
