Confidently take your cat out walking, training, hiking and exploring the great outdoors with our adjustable, breathable harness and leash set. This harness has two ways to adjust, from its velcro fastener and plastic adjustable clip, you can make it comfy and have room to grow.
The reflective strip enables you and others to safely spot your fur baby from afar, even when it starts to get dark. The strong nylon leash is the purrfect length (4 ft.) to let your cat explore things while you’re still in full control.
The sturdy snap clip is constructed with premium quality metal alloy and features a 360-degree rotation that adjusts to your cat’s every move. Pair this harness with any cat backpack - all of ours have a clip you can use to attach one!

- MEDIUM: 13.7-19.3 in | 35-49 cm
- LARGE: 15-21.8 in | 38-55.5 cm
Take a measurement around your cat's chest. You want your cat's harness to be snug and fitted so they can't get out of it. When you take the measurement, make sure you're getting close and tight up against your cat -- down past all the floof!
If you're between sizes, go for the bigger size if your cat is still growing, or the smaller size if they are not.

I recently adopted 2 six-month old kittens and knowing that I would be traveling by car several times a year, I wanted to get them started harness training right away. I bought the smallest size step in harness from a big brand pet store and it is huge! I then started looking online and found The True Adventurer harness. I ended up buying an XS in the orange color (because I thought it would stand out against my cats' fur and it reminds me of hi-vis safety/construction vest). It way more secure and adjustable than the other and I have not seen either escape from it yet. If I had to pick one thing I don't like about it, it would be that the arm holes seem a little small (or maybe I just have kittens with buff legs). They are about 12" right now, which is towards the upper limit so that might be part of it. Regardless, I am more than happy with the product and do plan on purchasing a larger size when they grow out of this one.
We love the Hawaiian Shirt Harness. Great quality.
Velcro and buckle help keep the harness secure
So far so good. Cat has not yet escaped from the halter; but will add, I avoid any situation where cat could possibly be in a position to”back” out of the halter. Material is comfortable, yet sturdy. Clasp is strong as well as the Velcro. Strong hook for leash, etc.
I got the leash and harness (XS) for my kitten who loves being outside. It can be difficult to get on if she’s squirmy, but it’s very secure and allows her to be outside as much as she likes!
