All orders ship with love from our warehouse in New York. Orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. U.S. orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your location.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, contact us via email (meow@travelcatshop.com) within 20 days of receipt of the package with photo and video evidence and we will send the necessary replacements items.
