The packing slip we print normally does not have prices on it, so by default, yes! There are never any prices included in packages.

Orders are packed with love and ship from our warehouse in New York within 1-5 business days.
U.S. orders usually arrive in 3-6 business days depending on your location.

Apparel is fulfilled and sent out in 2-7 business days and take 3-5 days to ship. Apparel cannot be rush ordered, but if it's placed in an order with other items, those other items can be rushed. Apparel will come in different packages than other items.

You'll receive another email when the order's been sent out, along with the tracking number. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once made.

Shipping is free on orders $89.00 USD and over for folks in the contiguous United States. Yes, free!

If your order is under $89 USD, the fee for U.S. shipping for harness orders is $4.95 and $8.95 USD for other items.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto rico is $14.95 for harnesses and $20.00 for other items.

Due to COVID-19 and postal delays, we no longer offer rush shipping.

 We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If you placed the order less than 24 hours, there's a chance we can change the address. Depending on when you place the order, even then we might be unable to make the change. After 24 hours we definitely won't be able to change the address of your shipment. 

Apparel orders cannot be changed or modified after they are placed.

Many of our cat backpacks are airline and carry-on compliant. Because there are so many airlines, it's impossible for us to confirm if it will be compliant with the one you're flying.

For instance, we know “The Fat Cat,” "The Navigator," "The Transpurrter," and The Jackson Galaxy Convertible fly on most airlines.

We recommend we check with your airline specifically to see what types of bags they will accept.  

To be as helpful as possible, here are some common airlines and their pet policies.

Yes! Our cat backpacks are a great bag to strap into a seat belt for a car ride!  

Yeaaaaaa. We're just cat people. But as long as your dog is within the weight the bag holds, it's cool for doggies, too. We've also seen people use #yourcatbackpack for chickens, prairie dogs, and rabbits.

No, we don't give away free products.
