Still Open for Business: COVID-19 Update & Info

We hope you and your family are doing well in these crazy times during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our hearts go out to everyone affected, which is so many people around the world.
We are fortunate to share that Your Cat Backpack by Travel Cat is up and running. We are continuing to help people live the #travelcatlife by shipping our products around the world.
There may be some delays on when your order ships out, or the arrival of pre-ordered products, or getting certain styles or sizes back into stock. Shipping times will likely take longer due to the increase in demand of the USPS and other carriers We will do our best to keep you all updated.
Orders normally ship within 2 business days.
US deliveries normally arrive in 3-5 business days, but now may take 5-7 business days because of delays with FedEx and USPS, our main carriers.
International orders, sent by USPS, usually take 7-20 days, but may now take up to 30-45 days to arrive. USPS tracking is updating slowly and infrequently.
We appreciate your patience in advance, and really appreciate your support of a small business like ours -- during this time, it means even more.
Our team is working from home when possible, and our warehouse partners are being diligent in their health practices and guidance provided by the CDC.

We all know how much joy cats bring us, and in these really challenging times, that is more important than ever.

If you're looking for ways to support animal welfare during this pandemic, we suggest two things:
- Donate to your local shelter.
- Consider fostering kittens, a cat, or a dog. Shelters are in dire need of foster parents, as many have limited staff. Reach out to your local shelter for more information!
