- X-SMALL (FOR KITTENS): 9.4-13.7 in | 24-35 cm
- SMALL: 13.5-17.7 in | 33-45 cm
- MEDIUM: 13.7-19.3 in | 35-49 cm
- LARGE: 15-21.8 in | 38-55.5 cm
Take a measurement around your cat's chest. You want your cat's harness to be snug and fitted so they can't get out of it. When you take the measurement, make sure you're getting close and tight up against your cat -- down past all the floof!
If you're between sizes, go for the bigger size if your cat is still growing, or the smaller size if they are not.

I recently purchased the Travel Cat backpack and I have to say, it has been a mixed experience. On one hand, the backpack itself is fantastic! The quality is top-notch, and it’s evident that a lot of thought went into the design. Parker absolutely loves it; he feels secure and comfortable, and it has made our outings much more enjoyable.
However, the shipping process was quite frustrating. There were significant delays, and I didn’t receive any updates unless I reached out to customer service myself. It would have been helpful to have more proactive communication regarding my order status.
Despite the shipping hiccups, I am very happy with the backpack itself, which is why I’m giving it a full 5 stars. The superior quality, thoughtful design, and the joy it brings to Parker far outweigh the shipping issues. It’s stylish, functional, and Parker seems to really enjoy it. If you can handle potential shipping delays, I highly recommend it!
I love this backpack! The quality and construction are top-notch, and my little tortoiseshell fits perfectly inside with plenty of additional room. She feels safe inside and always knows we're going somewhere fun when I put her in it. The pack itself is lightweight, practical, and has plenty of space to carry necessities and snacks. This is the best thing I've purchased all year! Highly recommend!
We had the Fat Cat Backpack for years but when THIS came out my cat had to have it! She absolutely LOVES this backpack especially for hiking as we can roll up the screened front. She loves being able to see outside from the backpack! The pockets are also very handy for water bottles, treats, and her leash. Highly recommend this travel pack as well as the harnessed! My cat is a female ginger, age 6 and weighs 9 pounds.
We bought the carrier to bring our new maine coon kitten home, and though that was a stressful event, she seems to enjoy going out in the carrier nonetheless. We (the humans) like the for its versatility, and that it should be big enough once the kitten is fully-grown
Us and our cat love it! She plays with it in the house and loves popping in and out of it during our walks! Latched zippers are helpful when totally zipped up, so no sudden escapes! And, very comfortable!
