3. TCPA Notice Communications Consent
By providing your phone number at checkout or on any form on our site, you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional calls and/or text messages from Travel Cat, including via automated technology or prerecorded messages. You are not required to consent to receive marketing texts or calls as a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP in response to a message or contacting us at info@yourcatbackpack.com.

4. CIPA Notice Consent to Record and Monitor
If you initiate a communication with us (such as a call or chat), you consent to monitoring or recording of those interactions for training, compliance, or quality assurance purposes, where legally permitted. We will not record without notice or consent where required by law.

You grant Travel Cat a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in any media. You must not post illegal or harmful content.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

20. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
Travel Cat offers a mobile messaging program (the "Messaging Program"), which may include recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages, transactional messages, customer support messages, delivery updates, order confirmations, tracking information, shipping updates, checkout reminders, cart reminders, product announcements, sale notices, promotions, discounts, and other news or information from Travel Cat.
By opting in to or participating in the Messaging Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including SMS, MMS, and RCS messages, from Travel Cat at the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
By providing your phone number, you represent and warrant that you are providing your own phone number, and not someone else's, and that you are a legally-authorized user of this phone number.
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Messaging Program, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us in order to opt out. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. These are the preferred and reasonable methods of opting out of the Messaging Program.
For support regarding the Messaging Program, reply HELP to the number you received messages from or email us at info@yourcatbackpack.com. Please note that email is not the preferred method of opting out of the Messaging Program. Opt-outs should be submitted by replying with one of the opt-out keywords listed above.
The Messaging Program may send SMS or MMS messages if your mobile device does not support RCS. The Messaging Program will send SMS messages if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
The Messaging Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with the Messaging Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
You authorize the use or disclosure of information about your account and your wireless device, if available, by or to your wireless carrier, Travel Cat, or our service providers, including Stodge Inc. d/b/a Postscript, to help identify you or your wireless device when you opt in to receive text messages and to endeavor to detect and prevent fraud. You also consent to the transmission of one-time passcodes or other messages to confirm your intent to subscribe to our recurring messaging program.
You may not use or engage with the Messaging Program if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Messaging Program and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to do so.
You agree not to send any prohibited content over the Messaging Program, including fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, malicious, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
To the extent applicable, we endeavor to comply with applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, including laws concerning text messages, do-not-call requests, and marketing communications.
Mobile Messaging Disputes; Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Travel Cat, or between you and any third-party service provider acting on our behalf to transmit messages within the Messaging Program, arising out of or relating to the Messaging Program shall be resolved through binding, individual-only arbitration and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. You and Travel Cat waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, mass action, or representative action. Before either party initiates arbitration, the party initiating the dispute must first send written notice describing the dispute and giving the other party a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. If a dispute is not resolved informally, arbitration will be administered by New Era ADR in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures, except as modified by these Terms. This arbitration section does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Mobile Messaging Do Not Call Policy. Travel Cat is committed to complying with federal and state Do Not Call laws. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and will honor requests to be added to that list within a reasonable time, not to exceed 10 business days. To be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us, or contact customer service at info@yourcatbackpack.com and provide your name and telephone number. Your telephone number will remain on our internal Do Not Call list unless you later provide new consent to rejoin the Messaging Program.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
