Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that assist in delivering, supporting, or administering our messaging services, or as otherwise required by law.
You may opt out of our SMS messaging program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.
5. CIPA Compliance - Your Right to Privacy
We may record customer service calls or chats for training or legal purposes but only with appropriate notice or consent, in compliance with applicable law.
6. Shopify Hosting & Data Handling
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which stores your information securely on servers protected by firewalls and SSL encryption. Shopify is PCI-DSS compliant.
