What shipping options do you offer?

We offer three shipping options based on how quickly your order is processed and leaves our warehouse:

• Standard Shipping ($4.95-$9.95 depending on the product) – Orders processed within 2-4 business days
• Express Shipping ($19.95) – Orders processed within 1-2 business days
• Rush Shipping ($29.95) – Orders processed within 1 business day

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.

Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location:

• Northeast – 1-4 business days
• Southeast / Midwest – 2-5 business days
• West Coast – 4-7 business days
• Alaska / Hawaii – 7-10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Standard shipping on orders over $199. Subscribe to our email list for occasional free shipping promotions.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days (Monday-Friday) are processed according to your selected shipping tier. Orders placed after 12pm ET, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
