We offer three shipping options based on how quickly your order is processed and leaves our warehouse:
- Standard Shipping ($4.95-$9.95 depending on the product) – Orders processed within 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping ($19.95) – Orders processed within 1-2 business days
- Rush Shipping ($29.95) – Orders processed within 1 business day
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
Once your order ships, transit time depends on your location:
- Northeast – 1-4 business days
- Southeast / Midwest – 2-5 business days
- West Coast – 4-7 business days
- Alaska / Hawaii – 7-10 business days
Apparel is fulfilled and sent out in 2-7 business days and take 3-5 days to ship. Apparel cannot be rush ordered, but if it's placed in an order with other items, those other items can be rushed. Apparel will come in different packages than other items.
You'll receive another email when the order's been sent out, along with the tracking number. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once made.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you placed the order less than 24 hours, there's a chance we can change the address. Depending on when you place the order, even then we might be unable to make the change. After 24 hours we definitely won't be able to change the address of your shipment.
Apparel orders cannot be changed or modified after they are placed.

United States:
Exchange or return items for store credit (receive a $5 bonus with your store credit) within 20 days of receipt here: travelcatshop.happyreturns.com
To return by mail with a free shipping label, a $10 fee applies.

- In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, contact us via email (meow@travelcatshop.com) within 20 days of receipt of the package with photo and video evidence and we will send the necessary replacements items.
We're unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
