I was skeptical about Joey, my Burmese liking the idea of travelling in a back pack, he’s not the bravest cat in the world BUT he loves it. High quality product, but my cats hate them

The product itself is made very well. Unfortunately, I can’t use the two that I bought because both of my cats are terrified of being closed inside of them. I have tried multiple times and within 5 minutes my cats are more scared than I have ever seen them (not an exaggeration). I wish I could return simply because I can’t use them the way I wanted to. The product deserves 5 stars for what it is, but your cat may not like it at all. For reference, my cats are normally extremely calm and like to go into their cave beds every day, so it isn’t about their personalities. I would return even if I could get a partial refund.
