Our backpack is amazing - our little boy loves his adventures and it's sturdy and adjustable so can be comfortable for me (female) as well as my husband. It feels safe and you can just tell it's incredibly good quality. We will be buying from this company again - thankyou!!
I’m a big fan of this backpack! Aspects that I really like/ didn’t necessarily see with other backpacks on the market: the big storage side pockets, the compartment for a water bladder, and the sturdy straps inside that give it more structure and make it work for two cats. I love that it comes with two leashes so both cats can be secured!
A couple things that I think could be improved: the clips on the leads inside are pretty hard to use and took a lot of force and some fanagling to get them on and off my cats’ vests. I ended up cutting them off and substituting a couple small carabiners that are easier to manipulate. I think the lumbar area could use slightly more cushioning, although I’m still in a stage where I’m continuing to adjust the straps to improve the fit. I think that another cool feature would be a retractable rain cover that could just go over the top to keep them dry if it starts raining while I’m out.
Overall I love the versatility and structure and I think it’s a great backpack/carrier! (For reference, my kittens are each about 3.5 lb in these pictures).

My honest opinion is that the Navigator is the #1 backpack, no if's or maybe's, I was blown away by the qualaty and the tought process that was put into making it, 1000% recomand the navigator for any cat adventure you might tink of
