Cat Backpacks that are Carry-On Airline and Fly Compliant for Adventure Cats
We put together a list of common US and Canada airlines and their pet flying policies. Many of our bags are airline and flight compliant, you just have to check the dimensions of our bags against the policies of the airlines.
Note, many planes have a limit to how many pets per flight, so book yours early and call ahead to make sure you get a spot!
We're proud of our research here, but please be sure to triple check and call any airline to confirm #yourcatbackpack works for the flight you've chosen.

The maximum dimensions for hard-sided kennels are 17.5 inches long x 12 inches wide x 7.5 inches high (44 cm x 30 cm x 19 cm). We always recommend you check with the airline before flying, but we know that Delta has accepted our backpacks before in regular coach seating. Every airline will have a page listing requirements for flying with pets. These are the dimensions of “The Fat Cat”: 15×11.4×17.7 IN | 38*29*45CM. This and more details are on the product page: https://yourcatbackpack.com/products/the-fat-cat-cat-backpack

Shipping to Canada is $24.99. Also keep in mind we’re not able to predict customs/VAT, and that those fees are taken care of by the catstomer.

Hello,
I am a Delta Sky Miles customer planning to travel to Tampa in mid May with my cat.
Can you tell me whether I can purchase a seat in coach so my cat can sit on the seat next to me instead of under the seat, if I can get a carrier with a seat harness? Also, can you tell me what the maximum dimensions (length width and height are for the carrier. I would like to purchase the largest carrier possible that will be allowed as carry on. . This is the first time I will be traveling with my cat and I am
trying to make this as smooth and stress free as possible. Thank you for whatever info. you can provide
