1. Sponsors and Administrator

The Ultimate Cat Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is presented by Travel Cat, World’s Best Cat Litter, and Catastrophic Creations (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

Travel Cat will administer the Sweepstakes using Gleam. Questions regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to content@yourcatbackpack.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and countries outside the United States are not eligible to enter or win. The winner must have a valid delivery address within the eligible geographic area.

Employees, officers, directors, and individuals directly involved in administering or promoting the Sweepstakes on behalf of the Sponsors, their affiliates, or their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Their immediate family members—spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses—and members of their households are also ineligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 12, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time and ends on October 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“Entry Period”).

The administrator’s Gleam campaign clock will be the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit TRAVELCATSHOP.COM/GIVEAWAY and complete the entry form with your accurate name, valid email address, and any other required information.

Complete any email verification or other verification steps displayed in the entry form. Successfully completing the initial entry process earns one (1) entry.

Each person may register once using one email address. Additional entries may be earned through the bonus-entry methods described below. There is no overall cap on valid referral bonus entries.

No purchase, payment, or product review is required.

5. Bonus Entries and Referral Sharing

After completing the initial entry, participants may earn additional entries by completing the bonus actions made available in the Gleam campaign. Each action’s entry value and permitted frequency will be displayed in the campaign before the action is completed.

For the refer-a-friend action, participants will receive a unique referral link. A referral qualifies only when a new, eligible participant uses that link, successfully completes the required entry process during the Entry Period, and satisfies any applicable verification requirements.

Each qualifying referral earns 3 bonus entries for the referring participant. There is no maximum number of qualifying referral bonus entries.

Sharing a link, receiving a click, or sending an invitation does not by itself count as a successful referral. Referrals must be recorded and validated by the campaign system.

Participants may not refer themselves, create fictitious accounts, use multiple identities or email addresses, purchase entries or referrals, or use bots, scripts, automated submissions, or other methods designed to manipulate the Sweepstakes.

Referral links must be shared honestly and without unsolicited bulk messaging. When publicly sharing a referral link, participants must clearly disclose that they may receive extra giveaway entries if others enter through the link. For example: “Enter this giveaway through my link—I receive bonus entries when you enter.”

Invalid or fraudulent entries and any associated referral entries may be removed.

6. Prizes

One (1) grand prize winner will receive all of the following:

• Travel Cat: One $500 Travel Cat gift card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500.
• World’s Best Cat Litter: One year’s supply of cat litter. ARV: $500. 
• Catastrophic Creations: JUGGERNAUT CAT CONDO: $600+

The total ARV of the grand prize is $1,500+.

The Sponsors will cover standard delivery of the awarded physical prizes to the winner’s eligible delivery address. Any delivery or redemption arrangements specific to an individual prize will be identified in the prize description above.

The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the responsible Sponsor’s reasonable control, that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of the prize are the winner’s responsibility. The winner may be required to provide information necessary for legally required tax reporting.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including valid bonus entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential grand prize winner will be selected by a random drawing through Gleam within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends.

The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided with their entry within seven (7) days after selection.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days after the notification is sent and provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery. This may include proof of age and residence and any legally required tax documentation.

If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, declines the prize, or does not provide required verification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsors are not responsible for missed notifications caused by inaccurate contact information, blocked messages, or spam-folder settings.

A participant is not confirmed as the winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified.

9. Email Communications and Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize.

Participants may also choose to receive marketing emails from Travel Cat, World’s Best Cat Litter, and Catastrophic Creations through the email consent option presented in the entry form.

By selecting that option, participants authorize their name and email address to be shared with all three brands for marketing communications, including news, product updates, promotions, and special offers.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. Participants may unsubscribe from each brand’s marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in that brand’s emails. Declining marketing consent or unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

10. Entry Validity and Fair Participation

Entries must contain accurate information and comply with these Official Rules. Incomplete, fraudulent, unverifiable, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Participants may not impersonate another person, interfere with the entry system, or attempt to obtain entries through unauthorized methods.

The Sponsors may investigate suspected misconduct and remove entries supported by evidence of fraud or rule violations. A shared household, internet connection, or device does not, by itself, establish misconduct.

In the event of a dispute over an entry, the administrator may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the participant and their authorized use of the submitted email address.

11. Technical Issues and Changes

The Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures beyond their reasonable control.

If fraud, a security incident, a platform outage, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control materially compromises the fair administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsors may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected portion, subject to applicable law.

Any material change will be announced on the giveaway landing page. Where reasonably possible, a winner will be selected fairly from eligible, unaffected entries received before the disruption.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree that the Sponsors, their affiliates, and the service providers involved in administering the Sweepstakes will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized interference, technical failures beyond their reasonable control, or a participant’s misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or waives any nonwaivable consumer rights.

13. Social Media and Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other social network used to promote or share it.

Gleam provides the entry platform and is not a prize sponsor.

Participants provide their entry information to the Sweepstakes administrator through the entry platform, not to the social networks on which the giveaway may be promoted.

To the extent permitted by law, participants release Instagram and Facebook from claims arising from the administration of this Sweepstakes.

14. Winner Announcement

After the winner is verified, the Sponsors may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence, where permitted by law. No additional use of the winner’s photograph, likeness, or testimonial is authorized by these rules without separate consent.

To request confirmation of the winner, email content@yourcatbackpack.com with the subject line “The Ultimate Cat Giveaway — Winner Request” within four (4) weeks after the Entry Period ends.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an entry, participants agree to these Official Rules and to reasonable decisions made by the administrator in accordance with these rules and applicable law.
