Cat-Guardians with Cats that Road Trip, Hike Mountains, and Visit Markets to Challenge “Scaredy-Cat” Stereotype at “POP Cats” Panel Moderated By Your Cat Backpack

Cat parents will share how you can implement cat-adventures big and small into your cat’s routine.

Portland, Oregon. September 28, 2019. — Your Cat Backpack - A Travel Cat Brand will moderate a panel titled “Travel Cats: Exploring Beyond the Great Indoors,” at PopCats, the nation’s top festival for cat-lovers. The discussion will prove that human-cat bonding can be more than an indoor-adventure, and you can explore Pike Place Market in Seattle, hike mountains in Oregon, or quit your day-job to road trip the country, all with your felines along for the ride — just a few of the actual adventures had by the panelists.

“We’re excited to bring together these cat-humans who have all traveled with their cats in diverse ways to share their experiences and advice so audience members can learn how to deepen their bond with their cats in unique ways,” says Emily Miethner, panel moderator and Your Cat Backpack Co-Founder.

Panelists include Sarah Sherrell (@birch.and.luna), Kirah Doerr (@dzantithedaring), and Anneka Rains with her cat Moose (@moosetheadventurecat).
