I misplaced the bubble to the cat backpack last year during the evacuation of our home. We had to leave with two cats, from the two hurricanes that hit Florida first Helene and then Milton.
I was able to find the replacement bubble for $21.99 but was sadden to realize I also needed to buy the ring or nut that holds the bubble in place for another $21.99. I found that a bit excessive and expensive as one piece will not work without the other piece so technically they should be sold as a set instead of charging $21.99 for each part sold separately.
The replacement ring and bubble fit loosely and don’t seem like an exact replacement.
I recommend not misplacing the bubble as it’s a very expensive to replace.
