Confidently take your cat out walking, training, hiking and exploring the great outdoors with our adjustable, breathable harness and strong, harness and leash set. This harness has two ways to adjust, from its velcro fastener and four adjustable clips (one on each strap), you can make it comfy and have room to grow.
The reflective strip enables you and others to safely spot your fur baby from afar, even when it starts to get dark. The strong nylon leash is the purrfect length (3.9 ft.) to let your cat explore things while you’re still in full control.
The sturdy snap clip is constructed with premium quality metal alloy and features a 360-degree rotation that adjusts to your cat’s every move. Pair this harness with any cat backpack - all of ours have a clip you can use to attach one!

"The True Adventurer" Harness and Leash Set
- X-SMALL (FOR KITTENS): 9.4-13.7 in | 24-35 cm
- SMALL: 13.5-17.7 in | 33-45 cm
- MEDIUM: 13.7-19.3 in | 35-49 cm
- LARGE: 15-21.8 in | 38-55.5 cm
Take a measurement around your cat's chest. You want your cat's harness to be snug and fitted so they can't get out of it. When you take the measurement, make sure you're getting close and tight up against your cat -- down past all the floof!
If you're between sizes, go for the bigger size if your cat is still growing, or the smaller size if they are not.

Exchange or return harnesses and small items for store credit to a convenient return bar (thousands of locations across the U.S.). $4 processing fee applies. To return by mail with a free shipping label, a $10 fee applies.
Backpacks and beds can be exchanged or returned for store credit by mail with a free return label. $10 processing fee applies.

I love the travel cat harness. It works real well with my cat. He seems to enjoy having it on him. He isn’t trying to put off like the other harnesses I bought!
This harness is so great. It’s so easy to put on, and super safe. My little companion knows when I hold it up she gets to enjoy the great outdoors. I am so glad I chose Travel Cat.
Mr. Snuggles may look like a bougie princess, but he has ambitions to be an adventure cat. He absolutely loves his walkies. He will pace and meow-howl at me, then paw at the door and his harness because I am a dumb human and clearly don't understand what he wants. We have been working on wearing the harness, learning about the leash and walking for about 10 months now, so it does take time for them to learn. Even just a single walk around the block on nice days has been enough for both of us to lose a little of our Midwest winter "padding". I do have a 16' flexi-leash for him now as he walks better on a loose leash than with the constant pressure of a solid leash. (Thank you Cesar Milan for teaching me how to hold/use a leash!) Walking with a cat is more of a negotiation. They don't just follow you like a dog. Be patient. If it's something they want to do, then they will. If they don't, you can't force it.
Just to be clear, this harness is NOT inescapable. Snuggles backs out of his all the time. I'm getting him a S in hopes of reducing his ability to escape. Also getting a harness for baby brother Eddy in hopes that we can all 3 walk together this summer!
I love the travel cat harness. It took a little while for my buddy to get used to but it is much safer than the other cat harnesses we have tried. It fits snugly but he is still able to move freely. Exactly what I wanted for him.
I’m currently in the process of training my baby kitty how to walk with a harness and leash.
She’s doing a great job and learning that when I say “you wanna go outside” to run to me and wait for her harness to be put on. Haha I love it!
This harness is great quality and works well, she’s spooked a couple times and ran but the harness held tight, she did not slip out. Also a plus that she’s so darn cute in it!
